I was starting to get bored of my usual omelette/green smoothie breakfast so I made chia pudding! Best prepped the night before.
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup milk of your choice (almond, soy)
1/4 cup muesli of your choice or even plain rolled oats
1/2 cup fruit smoothie
Optional: honey/agave for sweetness
Mix chia seeds, milk, and muesli in a serving cup and leave in the fridge over night. I simply added the fruit smoothie on too just to make it more pretty but if you want, throwing everything in together works too.
